Ryan & Bobbie Lynn \ Paradise Valley, AZ \ Backyard EstateWedding

He loves playing the drums in a band and she loves horses and competitive dressage. He has a hay allergy. Opposites attract, right? :-) Ryan and Bobbie Lynn knew each other in high school and grew up as neighbors in Flagstaff, AZ. but, didn't reconnect until a run in at the gym while both in Phoenix.

Both of them love adventures like camping, hiking, riding quads, and just being outdoors in general. This is how they filled most of their time together while they were dating. They were engaged in August, 2017.

Their wedding took place in the beautiful backyard of the groom's uncle. The stunning Paradise Valley home backed up against saguaro-filled, desert mountains — creating the perfect backdrop for the ceremony. Instead of traditional ceremony seating, the couple opted for shabby chic picnic tables to create a more intimate and fun experience for guests. This also made the transition into the reception smooth and seamless.

Bobbie Lynn and Ryan's wedding day was filled with personal touches like the hand made wooden arch with the first letter of their names branded into it made by a close family friend. Other hand made signs were also spread throughout the venue and were highlighted with bright red florals and succulent accents. The bride and groom strung beautiful outdoor lights themselves and even highlighted the saguaros in the desert behind the house with landscape lights creating a warm, cozy evening. The live band kept everyone dancing and the bartender kept the drinks flowing. It was a day to remember and I was so honored to be included.

The live band (The Lucky Devils) took the reception to the next level.

The groom got to showcase his drum skills with his band Frosty and the Silver Tones. It was the highlight of the reception.

Best guest book I've seen at a wedding so far!

Lamar's donuts anyone? I'm not drooling, you are.

I'll just let the images do the talking here :-)

Thank you for having me Ryan and Bobbie Lynn. I had so much fun capturing your Wedding Day.
